Job Role: Acute Care Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)

Location: Mountainside, NJ 07092

Shift: Day / Evening / Night - 3x12-Hour

Pay Rate: $40/hr - $42/hr

Duration: 3+ months

Education: Completion of educational program for licensure as a LPN

Required: 1+ Years peds exp and long-term car exp (adult or pediatric)

Licenses & Certification: LPN, BLS

Skills:

Skilled in patient admission, discharge, and documentation procedures.

Proficient in monitoring vital signs, intake/output, and implementing isolation precautions.

Experienced in vaccine administration and safe restraint use per protocol.

Strong communication skills for reporting patient status changes to RNs and physicians.

Duties:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and ventilator management under RN or physician supervision.

Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and progress, promptly reporting any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

Assist with rehabilitation and long-term treatment plans, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with facility protocols.
