Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Registered Nurse - Treatment, Kellogg Cancer Center
• Location: Kellogg Cancer Center – Evanston
• Full Time | 40 hours/week
• Hours: Monday - Friday: 10 hour shifts, no weekends or holidays
• Required Travel: May float between 2 other Kellogg Cancer Centers - Glenview and Highland Park
  
  

What You Will Do

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for patients in the Kellogg Cancer Center
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Administer chemotherapy, medications and blood products
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
  
  

What You Will Need

• Licensure: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
• Education: Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred
• Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Experience: Oncology and/or Outpatient Infusion Center experience preferred.
