Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in Mount Kisco, NY. This role involves direct patient interaction, administrative support, and collaboration with providers and staff to ensure high-quality care delivery in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patients both in-office and via phone, ensuring timely and appropriate care coordination.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Administer injections and assist with clinical procedures as directed by providers.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to support daily operations.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up communications.
• Educate patients on care plans, treatments, and health maintenance strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of New York.
• Strong clinical judgment and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
