We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment. This role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, promote positive outcomes, and support the mission of excellence in emergency nursing practice.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes using evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that meets the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of each patient.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and prioritize patient care based on acuity.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, performance evaluations, and shared governance activities.
• Serve as a mentor and preceptor to new nursing staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or Compact License).
• Current BLS certificate required
• Minimum 1–2 years of Emergency Department or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
