Misericordia Heart of Mercy is a home to over 600 children and adults with mild to profound developmental disabilities. Misericordia offers a community of care that maximizes potential for persons with mild to profound developmental disabilities, many of whom are also physically challenged.

As An RN/BSN You Will

• RN/BSN positions will provide nursing coverage (on a 24/7 basis) for facility on assigned shift.
• You will be responsible for dispensing physician ordered medication; performing assessments; responding to emergency situations. Responsible for communicating concerns with medical provider/Director of Nursing/Administration.
• You will work as part of our incredible medical team to ensure the best medical care possible.

Qualifications For RN

• Associate’s degree/official transcripts
• Current Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation
  
  

Qualifications For BSN

• Bachelor’s degree/official transcripts
• Current Illinois Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
• Good standing with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation
  
  

Pay Structure

RN base pay: $36.50 an hour

RN, BSN: $37.50 an hour

Nurses will earn an additional differential based on the shift and the days worked:

Weekend AM- $3.00 an hour

Weekday PM/ON- $3.00 an hour

Weekend PM/ON- $4.00 an hour

We have multiple openings for RN’S and BSN’s on the day (7a-3p), evening (3p-11p), and overnight (11pm-7am) shift. We also have 12-hour part time shifts available.
