Description

RN Liaison IV Educator

Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association has a unique opportunity at Eddy for an RN that is looking for a weekend position!

Looking for dynamic nurse who is able to multitask and work in the SPHP Hospitals doing IV teaches to patients with new infusions to prepare them for discharge and homecare services. The nurse in this position will work closely with the case manager at hospitals to determine and assist with the decision if homecare is the right place for continued services. Additional duties include helping with referrals processing. IV experience preferred but not required!

Travel will be minimal, but some travel between hospitals will be necessary. This position has two scheduling options:

  • 12 hour shifts every Saturday & Sunday - qualifying for Full-Time benefits and paid at an elevated Weekend Track rate of $52.30 hourly
  • Three 8 hour shifts Friday/Saturday/Sunday OR Saturday/Sunday/Monday - qualifying for Part-Time benefits with an experience based rate

Requirements

  • 1-2 years RN acute care experience required.
  • Valid NYS RN Licensure.

Pay Range:$35.00 - $47.75

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
