Registered Nurse – ICU

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Status: Full-Time (36 hours/week)

Shift: Nights

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Experienced RNs

As part of our ICU/TCU team, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced 19-bed unit comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit (step-down). Our strong interdisciplinary teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care make this an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and recent graduates.

Unit Overview

We care for a diverse range of high-acuity patients, offering continuous learning opportunities and exposure to complex medical and surgical cases. Our Transitional Care Unit bridges the gap between intensive care and general medical care, offering critical learning experiences in a fast-paced environment that encourages professional growth and strong clinical judgment. Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
  • Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license. Must meet all state board requirements.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required
    • Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly
    • Prolonged standing and walking required
    • Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties
