Job Title: RN Case Manager

Location: Grand Blanc, MI

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Weekly Gross: $2100 - $2200/weekly

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of acute inpatient case management experience, including acute discharge planning.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• BLS Certification – Must be current and issued through AHA.
• Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Experience with CarePort – Required
• Able and willing to be physically present on patient floors and engage directly with patients.
• Ability to acclimate quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with AllScripts, GEMS/Sunrise systems.
• Working knowledge of utilization management, performance improvement, and managed care reimbursement.
