This role is ideal for an education leader who thrives on developing others, fostering excellence, and driving high quality patient care through education and engagement. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor ICU staff by promoting clinical excellence, developing and coordinating programs for onboarding, partnering with leadership to enhance employee engagement, utilize technology and evidence based tools to support learning and improve clinical outcomes.
