UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator for a nursing job in MIDDLETON, Wisconsin.

80% FTE, 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at UW Health Fertility Care Clinic in Middleton, WI.

At Generations Fertility Clinic, our specialists combine state-of-the art technology and compassionate, personalized care to serve couples who wish to become parents.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:  

  • Work in collaboration with the Generation Fertility team to establish a plan of care for patients and their families.
  • Coordinate and ensure all steps of the patient’s care plan is communicated and completed. 
  • Provide expertise to develop and support implementation of policies and procedures, participate in staff development and education.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of School of Nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of nursing care experience Required
  • 2 years of ambulatory care nursing experience in fertility care Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Upon Hire Required
  • ACLS certification within 6 months Required
  • REI Certification Preferred
