How you'll contribute

A Registered Nursewho excels in this role:

• Assesses the patient and plan care within set timeframes and documents findings according to policies

• Monitors patients for change of condition and responds accordingly up to and including notification of the physician

• Follows hospital policy for medication administration

• Delivers quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures

• Assists and performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients

What we're looking for
Applicants should have an Associate's degree in nursing and a current RN license in the state of OH. Additional requirements include:

• CPR and de-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
