Inspira Health, the region’s leading network of healthcare providers, is seeking a skilled and strategic Clinical Program Manager to support our Operating Room service line in Vineland. In this full-time role, you will guide the coordination of patient care and information flow throughout the surgical journey while driving efficiency, resource readiness, and workflow optimization across departments. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring consistent, high-quality perioperative care. The pay range for this position is $55.55–$76.24 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of patient care and information flow across the surgical care continuum
• Monitor service line workflows daily, identifying and addressing barriers to efficiency
• Serve as a lead clinical resource for the patient care team, supporting operational and strategic needs
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize service line resources to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN license required; BSN required or currently enrolled
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in surgical services required
• CNOR certification required within two years of hire
• Progressive leadership experience preferred
