Compensation / Benefits

• $28.95-$47.28/hr. based on previous employment history.

Responsibilities:

Job Summary

• Onboarding and Orientation:  Educators are responsible for ensuring the on-boarding and orientation of staff in their assigned areas is completed in an effective and timely manner. Educators are facilitators of learning, beginning with the orientation process.
• Competency Management
• Development, Delivery and Evaluation of Education
• Professional Role Development
• Serves as Project Coordinator on Behalf of Units and Organization.
• Department Operations

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor of Science in nursing, adult education or a health related field is required.
• Master's degree in nursing, adult education or a health related field is preferred.

Experience

• Requires 3 years of clinical RN experience in the area of responsibility.
• Preference given for experience in classroom teaching and on-line education.

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure / Certification

• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Oklahoma, if areas of responsibility includes clinical education of staff.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification/instructor certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire as needed based on areas covered.
• Certification in area of specialty or staff development preferred.
