Admissions and IPU Clinical Manager
Atlanta Suburbs, GA --- the Capstone Hospice office is in Peachtree Corners. The hospital is Emory St Joseph's in Sandy Springs

The Admissions & IPU Clinical Manager is a responsible member of the interdisciplinary and clinical management teams for the intake/admissions and Hospital IPU teams. This role will participate and provide leadership to the teams by providing support and facilitate problem solving when needed. The IPU team is involved in a partnership with Emory St Joseph Hospital, by providing a clinical team that fosters hospice care for admitted patients with an end-of-life prognosis.

This position will require the manager to be in the office and attend the hospital for meetings and overseeing the relationship between the Capstone IPU team and Emory. 

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position. This position will report directly to the Capstone Hospice Chief Clinical Officer. This position will have direct reports in both the clinical field and office setting. 

Salary 100k - 110k, maybe a little more for an A+ candidate

Requirements
Candidate must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing. 
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse to practice in the state. 
• Proven hospice leadership & management experience 
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a registered nurse. 
• Minimum 2 years of hospice experience to include RN Case Management.
• Admissions and IPU experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the regulatory guidelines governing hospice admissions.
