Key Responsibilities
As the PICU Nurse Manager, you will:

Lead and mentor a team of pediatric ICU nurses and clinical staff
Promote a collaborative, patient-centered care environment
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Support staff education and professional development
Oversee department operations including staffing and scheduling
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
Active RN license in Texas
BSN required
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (ICU/PICU leadership preferred)
BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

National specialty certification (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)
Experience managing staff in pediatric critical care or acute care settings

Qualifications:
