UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department for a nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin.

Work Schedule:
Part-time, 40% FTE, day/evening shift. Shifts are scheduled 2 days a week, Monday – Friday 8-hour shifts. No weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an Emergency Education Center Specialist to:
- Teach AHA Courses, ACLS, BLS and PALS and other certification courses taught at UW Health.
- Develop, execute, and evaluate educational treatment plans for hospital and prehospital providers.
- Select and organize facilities, equipment, and educational materials.

- Completion of a state-approved EMT-Paramedic education program Required or
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field Required
- 2 years of experience in delivery of emergency care or critical care Required
- 6 months of relevant teaching experience Required
- 3 years of experience in pre-hospital emergency response care Preferred
- Wisconsin state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or an EMT-Paramedic Required
- Current AHA Instructor in BLS, ACLS, PALS, or must obtain within six months from date of hire Required
- Nationally Registered EMT Paramedic Preferred
