100% FTE. Day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours are 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will work at the University Hospital located in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Transplant Coordinator - Pancreas Program to:

• Join a team of transplant experts known worldwide for their research, innovation and continuous focus on improving patient care for transplant patients from Wisconsin and around the world.
• Use critical thinking skills and provide personalized care and education to transplant patients through every step of the transplant journey.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
• Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
• Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
• 2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
