Registered Nurse (RN) – Admission & Telehealth

Location: Augusta, GA
Schedule: Full-Time • Day Shift

Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support both patient admissions and telehealth services. This role combines in-person intake and virtual care coordination to ensure high-quality patient experiences from admission through follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient admissions and initial assessments
• Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage
• Provide education to patients and families
• Coordinate care with clinical and administrative teams
• Document accurately in EMR systems
• Follow admission and telehealth protocols

Requirements

• Active Georgia RN license or compact license
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and computer skills
• Telehealth, triage, or admissions experience preferred
