Med/Surg & Telemetry RN – Worcester, MA

We are hiring RNs for both Med/Surg and Telemetry units at a busy Level 1 trauma hospital offering advanced cardiovascular, surgical, ortho, rehab, and women’s health services in a supportive, community-focused environment.

*Pay varies by experience, and we know how important it is to you. We’ll go over your exact range together during our initial conversation. Sign-on bonuses will be reviewed the same way.

What You’ll Want to Know

Units: Med/Surg and Telemetry

Beds/Support:

-Med/Surg: 25 beds, ratio 5:1

-Telemetry: cardiac/tele patients, monitor techs on unit

Shifts: Days or nights, 3x12s

Weekends/Holidays: Every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays

Experience & Requirements

Med/Surg:

-Minimum 6 months nursing experience (acute care preferred; strong LTAC considered, no home health or school nurse)

-1 year Med/Surg preferred

Telemetry:

-Minimum 8 months Med/Surg or Med/Tele experience

-1 year Tele preferred

Certifications: BLS on hire, ACLS within 90 days

Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing

Pay & Bonuses

$35 - $70

Differentials: Nights $5, Evenings $3, Weekends $2.25

Sign-On Bonus:

-Days: up to $20,000

-Nights: up to $25,000
