• $36–$42/hour base pay
• Monthly performance bonus: Percent-to-goal, paid for meeting PASCO Nurse Coordinator metrics, including for IDD roles
• Mileage reimbursement client-to-client

• Hybrid: Wed/Th in Lakewood office; M/Tu/F field visits
• Territory: Wheat Ridge, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lakewood; occasional Colorado Springs possible
  
  

Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Nurse Coordinator

Are you a nurse who wants to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)? PASCO seeks a skilled, compassionate nurse coordinator to provide direct care, oversight, and education to our IDD clients.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver care coordination, clinical oversight for IDD clients
• Develop and update care plans
• Conduct quarterly/annual visits to review care plans, skilled/unskilled tasks, medication management
• Maintain demonstrated competency in skilled nursing tasks as it is a key component of caregiver education and ongoing training
• Train/support Direct Service Providers (DSPs) on medical tasks
• Complete nursing delegation, ensure regulatory compliance
• Use Therap software for records (experience preferred)
  
  

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license (required; ASN or BSN — both accepted)
• BLS/First Aid certification (required)
• Willingness to travel across listed territory
• Strong communication, teaching, documentation skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• BSN (preferred, not required)
• 1+ year acute care, IDD or home health experience (plus, not required)
• Therap software familiarity (plus)
• Bilingual Spanish (highly desired, not required)
