Your Impact in This Role

As a Behavioral Health RN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Supporting crisis intervention, detox services, and patient stabilization
• Partnering with physicians, therapists, case managers, and peer support staff
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and communication
• Providing patient education and connecting individuals to community resources and recovery pathways

Who You Are

You will excel in this role if you:

• Hold an active Arizona RN license or Compact RN eligibility
• Prefer consistency in scheduling (fixed days or nights available)
• Are passionate about behavioral health, crisis care, or detox nursing
• Bring a calm, patient-centered approach to high-acuity situations
• Are open to continued growth—new graduates and experienced RNs are both encouraged to apply

Compensation and Differentials

We are committed to supporting our nurses through competitive pay and balanced scheduling:

• Base Hourly Rate: $42–$52/hour (DOE)
• Weeknight Differential: +10%
• Weekend Day Differential: +15%
• Weekend Night Differential: +30%
