Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 403(b) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, individualized, high-quality nursing care using evidence-based practices
• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Partner with patients and families through education, communication, and care coordination
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and team communication
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical practice standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives, nursing research, and shared governance activities
• Complete required competencies, mandatory education, and population-specific training
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to nurses, students, and support staff
• Uphold regulatory, ethical, and accreditation standards, including patient safety goals
• Plan patient care across the continuum and support smooth care transitions
• Participate in protocol and procedure development to improve patient outcomes
• Utilize human and material resources efficiently

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong clinical nursing skills in an inpatient or acute care setting
• Ability to perform the complete Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver patient-centered, relationship-based care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly to emergencies
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary care teams
• Basic computer skills and ability to use clinical technology
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to mentor or precept nursing staff and students
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single-State or Multi-State Compact)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced inpatient environment
