Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Full-Time, Direct Hire)

Location: White Plains, NY

Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:15 PM (13 shifts per month, every 3rd weekend, holidays included)
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM (13 shifts per month, alternating weekends & holidays)

Salary: $117,695 – $152,756 per year + full benefits and retirement plan

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Labor & Delivery RN to join our fast-paced, high-acuity unit. This is a direct hire, full-time position with opportunities to care for high-risk OB patients, assist with C-sections, and provide comprehensive maternal care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, including full assessments and exams
• Scrub and assist with C-sections performed on the unit
• Manage high-risk OB patients and antepartum patients on the OB side
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills with patients and families
• Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses, scrub techs, and other staff
• Float to OB or nursery as needed (without primary patient assignments)

Qualifications:

• BSN required
• Current RN license in NY
• ACLS and NRP required; RN-C preferred
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Experience in high-risk OB, labor & delivery, and C-section assistance
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
