This role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with specialized skills in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) nursing and Cath Lab procedures. Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
• Prior Cath Lab experience, including diagnostics and interventional procedures
• Familiarity with patient cases involving femoral and radial approaches, IFR, FFR, balloon pumps, and temporary pacemakers
• Certifications required: BLS, ARRT or RCIS; ACLS preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Willingness to teach and educate others within the department
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiovascular nursing care in a Level III Trauma and NICU environment with a focus on cardiac catheterization procedures
• Support a 24/7 STEMI Program with patient care across specialized Cath Lab rooms
• Collaborate with respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize hospital technology and equipment including EPIC EMR, Maclabo hemodynamic system, Alariso IV pumps, and PACS for diagnostics and treatment monitoring
• Participate in maintaining a professional, efficient, and safe Cath Lab environment
