A healthcare professional is needed to support a 1:1 assignment with a 4-year-old student in an elementary school setting. This contract position requires experience in tracheostomy care in addition to possible involvement with feeding and toileting assistance. The role is based in Naperville, IL, with working hours from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. Bus riding with the student is also part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications And Experience

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) credentials required
• Demonstrated experience providing tracheostomy care
• Ability to assist with feeding and toileting as needed
• Comfortable and capable of accompanying the student on the school bus
