We’re seeking skilled Operating Room Registered Nurses to join our high-performing surgical services team at a 381-bed Level I Trauma Center known for providing the best care in a friendly, community-focused environment.

About the Operating Room

• 20 ORs (12–14 active daily)
• 9,000–10,000 procedures annually
• Surgical specialties: all except neuro and organ transplant
• Well-organized, fast-paced, and team-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• 6–8 months OR circulating experience required
• 1+ year OR experience preferred
• BLS required upon hire; ACLS within 90 days
• ASN or BSN

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive pay
• Evening, night, and weekend differentials
• Sign-On Bonus:
• Days: $20,000
• Nights: $25,000
• Relocation assistance available (case-by-case)
