In this fast-paced, 24/7 ER, you’ll care for patients with a wide range of urgent and critical conditions while developing your skills across trauma, stroke, and cardiac emergencies. Compensation Notes

• $30.60/hour - $45.90/hour + Shift Differentials (if applicable)
• Up to $15K Sign-On-Bonus
  
  

Daily Responsibilities For Emergency Room RN

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages, develop individualized care plans, manage multiple cases, and provide follow-up instructions and referrals
• Work closely with physicians and hospital departments to prioritize patient needs, ensure safety, and deliver effective outcomes.

Required Qualifications For Emergency Room RN

• Florida RN license
• 1+ year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, ED, or acute hospital experience
