As An RN In Long Term Care, You Will
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Licensed to practice registered nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state. Graduate Nurse (G. N.) must practice under the supervision of a registered nurse while the work authorization to practice is valid.
Experience: Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.

As An RN In Long Term Care, You Will
- Lead Patient Care: Utilize the full Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Assess & Observe: Collect, record, and report critical assessment data, identifying changes in health status to establish nursing diagnoses.
- Collaborate & Delegate: Work seamlessly as a team member, effectively delegating components of nursing care to other healthcare team members and reporting intervention status.
- Document & Educate: Meticulously document nursing interventions and resident responses, and actively participate in teaching plans to empower residents and families.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain adherence to the State Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and our mission, demonstrating proficiency in all unit skills.
