Key Qualifications And Experience
- Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or multi-state compact license
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of progressive nursing experience in acute or LTAC settings
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (required)
- Expertise in ventilator and tracheostomy care, central line management, and preferred experience in wound care
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in high-acuity environments
- Strong leadership skills with experience in directing patient care teams
- Execute patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing personnel to maintain quality and efficiency of patient services
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and clinical competencies through continuing education
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of care for telemetry and LTAC patients
