Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and thorough daily documentation of all patient care and interventions.
• Efficiently transcribe physicians’ orders and ensure timely and correct implementation of treatment plans.
• Coordinate effectively with the pharmacy for new medication orders and refills.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications as prescribed by the attending physician, ensuring the highest standards of safety.
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team and perform all essential nursing duties as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications:

• Must possess an Active and completely unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License within the state of Wisconsin.
