Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Current RN license with dialysis nursing experience
• Ability to provide high-quality nursing care to dialysis patients
• Willingness to float between dialysis centers within approximately 25 miles
• Valid Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) for agency submissions
• Commitment to maintain professional appearance with personal scrubs of any color
  
  

Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments according to patient care plans and protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
• Participate in an 8-hour non-billable orientation prior to starting assignment

• Contract assignment with set shifts
