A dynamic opportunity is available for an experienced Cardiovascular Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide expert care within a fast-paced surgical environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care for open heart surgeries and complex cardiovascular cases including CABG, valve replacements/repairs, aortic dissections, thoracotomies, and VATS procedures.
• Participate in surgical prep, scrub assistance, and post-operative care with a focus on safety and patient outcomes.
• Respond promptly and effectively to on-call situations within a 30-minute window.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and pass required certifications including ACLS, BLS, and the Pass/Fail EKG exam.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to optimize care delivery.
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with proven CVOR experience; open heart surgery experience is mandatory.
• Skilled in ECMO, LVAD, and Impella device management.
• Prefer candidates with scrub skills and robotic surgery exposure.
• Commitment to punctuality and professional accountability as per clients zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.
• Flexibility to work 4x10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) with on-call responsibilities.
