New Grad Nurse Residency Program

Now Accepting New Graduate RNs for our Nurse Residency Program.

El Camino Health’s New Graduate Nurse Residency is Accredited with Distinction as a Practice Transition Program by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation

RNs will be hired into positions primarily in the Medical/Surgical, Oncology, Telemetry, Tele- Stroke and Float Pool.

Program will begin March 30,2026

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program within the past 18 months.
• California RN License by 2/5/26
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• BSN preferred.

• Resume - As part of your resume, include a brief statement of your professional goal(s), a brief listing of your clinical rotations including a description of your Senior Capstone/preceptor project.
  
  

2. References - Must include 3 Letters of Recommendation – at least 2 must be from Nursing Instructors, the 3rd may be from either a Nursing Instructor or a Clinical Preceptor
