Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care by implementing the nursing process with an emphasis on patient and family engagement.

Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Masters Degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Multi-State Compact required upon hire.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required depending on unit assignment.
• Proficiency in using clinical equipment such as stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers, and electronic monitors.
• Ability to meet physical demands including frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequent repetitive motions.
