Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer and referral-source support
  • Navigate the sales of medical equipment
  • Handle calls, greet visitors, and manage scheduling and data entry
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and patient experience
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude in a dynamic setting

Qualifications

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about learning, growing, and making customers feel valued
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME) preferred but not exclusive
  • Superb clinical knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Enjoys working with other
  • Customer service skills
