Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room

Required Skills:

• Valid State RN License
• Minimum of 2 years recent paid RN experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross
• ACLS and PALS certifications from AHA or Red Cross

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with pediatric emergency care
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Prior experience in high-volume ER environments

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong physical endurance and ability to handle stressful situations
