Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care across Emergency, Critical Care, Operating Room, and Medical-Surgical settings. The RN applies advanced clinical judgment, technical expertise, and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with acute, chronic, and surgical conditions in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.

Responsibilities

Emergency & Critical Care

• Triage patients based on acuity and initiate emergency interventions
• Provide care for critically ill and unstable patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and invasive lines
• Assist with resuscitations, codes, trauma activations, and rapid response events
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams during high-risk situations
  
  

Operating Room (OR)

• Prepare patients, equipment, and sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Function as circulating and/or scrub nurse as assigned
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and surgical counts
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers intraoperatively
• Ensure safe patient positioning, specimen handling, and documentation
  
  

Medical-Surgical Nursing

• Provide care for post-operative and medically complex patients
• Manage pain control, wound care, drains, and post-surgical recovery
• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and discharge plans
• Coordinate care and transitions between units and services
  
  

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific)
• Clinical experience in Emergency, Critical Care, OR, or Medical-Surgical nursing
• Day/Night .
• 12 Hrs Shift
