Pride Health is hiring an RN Case Manager in Kissimmee, FL! (Contract to hire)
 

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)

Contract: 3 month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $40-45/hour

Specific Duties:

• Evaluates and understands customer needs and requirements.

• Determines solutions for non-routine requests and issues.

• Resolves moderately complex problems and performs moderately complex analyses.

• Operates with limited supervision, requesting guidance only for the most complex tasks.

• Converts concepts into practical application.

• Explains and communicates complex information to others.

• Mentors others by offering guidance, feedback, and support.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• Active RN license
• BLS Certification
• 1+ years of Case Management experience
