Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room, assisting with complex cardiac surgeries.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to all regulatory and facility standards.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and surgical progress, managing any complications promptly.
