• Staffing: 19 staff members with a strong support system including a well-established charge nurse team

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical-surgical nursing care with a focus on oncology patients, including chemotherapy administration (requires chemo certification)
• Perform vital signs monitoring at defined intervals and adhere to unit protocols
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, patient-centered care
• Support and mentor new staff members during onboarding

Qualifications And Preferred Experience

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Oncology nursing background strongly preferred
• Chemo certification and ACLS certification are advantageous
