Job title: RN - ICU
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Rochester, MI
Pay rate: $50/hr - $55/hr

Shift Hours:
7p-730a, No Call, 3-12's must be available for at least one holiday. 2:1 ratio. Every other weekend is required. One week of RTO (Requested Time Off) will be allowed

Duties:
Job Summary:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned.
-Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
-Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Schedule Notes:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience Experience with CRRT
• System: Cerner experience required
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required;
• Schedule: 7pm - 730am; Every other weekend
• RTO: 1 week allowed
