What You’ll Do

You’ll Bring Expert, Compassionate Care To Postpartum And Newborn Patients — And So Much More. As a WEST Float RN, You’ll

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.
  
  

✅ What You’ll Need to Bring

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.
  
  

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications — required and ready to roll!
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, recent, RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.
  
  

Skills

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
