Pay & Schedule

• 6:00p - 6:30a
• $29.00–$37.12/hour based on experience (2026 updated wage scale)
• $2.00/hour overnight shift differential
• Every other weekend off

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the charge nurse and clinical lead overnight
• Provide resident-centered care including medications, treatments, and assessments
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies with confidence
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care plans

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
• Compassionate leader with strong clinical judgment
