Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and update care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
Supervise LPNs and CNAs during shift; ensure quality care delivery
Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and transitions
Monitor patient health trends and escalate as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
Ensure compliance with documentation, safety, and clinical standards
Educate residents and families about care plans and health goals
Current and valid RN license in Missouri
BLS/CPR certification
1+ year experience in SNF, rehab, or LTC
EMR proficiency and leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical judgment skills
