About LifeShare Network

At LifeShare Network, we save lives through the gift of organ and tissue donation. As leaders in the field, we partner with hospitals, families, and communities to honor the generosity of donors and bring hope to those waiting for transplants. Our In-House Coordinators (IHCs) are the vital connection between hospital staff, families, and the donation process. They ensure every opportunity for organ and tissue donation is handled with compassion, excellence, and respect.

Why This Role is Special for RNs

As an RN In-House Coordinator, you’ll take your critical care expertise beyond the bedside and step into a role that blends clinical evaluation, education, and family advocacy. This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to grow professionally while making a profound impact on the lives of both donors and recipients. Instead of only caring for one patient at a time, you’ll contribute to a mission that touches countless lives.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide in-services and training for new staff
  • Partner with physicians to organize annual education events
  • Clinically evaluate donor patients and preserve donation options
  • Manage all aspects of donation cases during and after recovery
  • Facilitate honor walks, memory-making activities, and flag ceremonies
  • Present donation options to legal next-of-kin with compassion and clarity
  • Provide emotional support to families through the donation journey
  • Track and report quality metrics
  • Help implement strategies to improve donation practices

Schedule Options

We value flexibility and offer two scheduling options:

  • 4x10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (rotating weekends)
  • 4x10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating weekends)

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of critical care experience (required)
  • Licensed in the state of Oklahoma
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Out-of-This-World Benefits
