The Clinical Director of Nursing is responsible for coordination and liaison with appropriate parent and affiliate departments and committees; assisting Compliance Officer with development of policies and guidelines for obtaining input from service personnel and providing professional input to related administrative systems.  He/she directs and supervises professional and auxiliary personnel rendering client care services, assists with marketing duties with administrator and fosters public relations for the company.
