• THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED OUT OF OUR MERIDIAN COMMUNITY WITH 75% OF THE TIME THERE AND 25% OF THE TIME SUPPORTING OUR OTHER 3 COMMUNITIES. **

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team. The RN plays a key role in overseeing clinical care, supporting residents’ health needs, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and oversee resident care in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
• Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides
• Communicate with physicians, families, and outside healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents
  
  

Qualifications Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
