Spring Gardens Senior Living, managed by Avista Senior Living, is seeking a FULL TIME REGIONAL NURSE (RN) to support our 4 beautiful communities in Boise/Twin Falls area.

Position Summary
We are seeking a caring and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team. The RN plays a key role in overseeing clinical care, supporting residents’ health needs, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

We are seeking a caring and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living team. The RN plays a key role in overseeing clinical care, supporting residents’ health needs, and collaborating with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

- Assess, plan, and oversee resident care in accordance with individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition
- Supervise and support caregivers and medication aides
- Communicate with physicians, families, and outside healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations
- Promote a safe, respectful, and caring environment for residents
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
