Regional Registered Nurse (Field-Based)   BRONX, NY
$58-$60/hr | Full-Time | Contract
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | 40 hrs/week (includes weekend on-call rotation)

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, in-home care across assigned territories. This is a 100% field-based role with approximately 25 patient visits per week.

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Conduct home visits for wound care, medication administration, and health assessments

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and safety

• Document visits accurately in the EHR

• Collaborate with care teams to support patient outcomes

Requirements Include:

• Active NY State RN license

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (home care preferred)

• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Wound Care experience
• Experience with elderly or frail populations strongly preferred
