Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation (Flagstaff Area)

Looking to step away from bedside care while still using your clinical expertise? Join a consultative care team supporting individuals with work-related injuries — no hands-on treatment, no on-call, no weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial)
• Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters
• Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers
• Build strong client and provider relationships

Qualifications

• RN with ASN or higher
• Strong clinical background (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro preferred)
• Workers’ Comp experience and Spanish a plus
• Ability to travel within Flagstaff area (reliable transportation required)
