BayCare Health System is seeking an experienced RN – Charge Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical Oncology unit at Winter Haven Hospital. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about oncology care, patient advocacy, and team development.

Position Overview

The RN Charge Nurse provides clinical and operational leadership for the unit, serving as a role model, preceptor, and clinical resource while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for oncology patients.

• Serve as charge nurse and preceptor

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  
  

Preferred

• Prior charge or leadership experience
• Oncology experience or specialty certification
